Terms & Conditions for Stays and Events at Nordstu
1. General
Nordstu AS offers rental of our buildings and facilities for accommodation, events and activities. By booking a stay or event with us, you accept our terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Booking and confirmation
- All bookings are binding once confirmed in writing by us.
- Reservations can be made via our contact form, email or by phone.
- When booking, please provide the number of guests, desired dates and any additional services.
3. Payment
- Prices are agreed in advance and stated in the booking confirmation.
- For larger events and group bookings, a deposit may be required.
- Full payment must be received no later than the agreed deadline.
4. Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will be fully refunded (minus any deposit).
- Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before arrival will be refunded at 50%.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
5. During your stay
- Guests are responsible for treating buildings, furnishings and outdoor areas with care.
- Any damage caused during the stay must be reported immediately and may be charged to the guest.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings.
- Pets are only allowed by prior agreement.
6. Check-out and cleaning
- Check-out time must be agreed in advance.
- Guests are required to tidy up before departure. Final cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Waste must be sorted and placed in the designated area.
7. Force majeure
Nordstu AS is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, power outages or other unforeseen events.
8. Disputes
Any disputes should first be attempted resolved amicably. If this is not possible, Norwegian law applies, with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
