Elvheim Angus – quality beef from Nordstu Farm

At Nordstu Farm, we produce beef under the name Elvheim Angus. Our goal is to build a high-quality breeding herd of around 50 cows, allowing us to deliver premium beef with a focus on animal welfare, sustainability and flavour.

We are proud to be part of the Meny agreement, which means that meat from our cattle can also be found in the fresh food counters at Meny supermarkets. Choosing Angus from Nordstu Farm means choosing locally produced Norwegian beef – raised with care.

Using the whole animal

We are committed to using the entire animal and showcasing the wide variety of beef cuts available – many of which are not yet common in Norway. That’s why we offer both classic and more unique cuts:

  • Specialty cuts: tomahawk, flat iron, skirt steak, brisket, culotte, bavette and spider steak.

  • The classics: tenderloin, sirloin, ribeye, chuck, round steak and roasts.

Our mission is to inspire more people to discover the rich flavours of beef and to introduce lesser-known cuts to everyday Norwegian cooking.
